Founded in 1997, Guangzhou Basic Intelligence Technology Co. is an enterprise providing metering products for building managers all over the world. We offer high precision heat meters, flow meters, smart power meters, smart water meters, smart dynamic balancing valves, temperature controllers, and many other measurement devices. We also deliver construction energy metering solution, civil public heating metering solutions, civil public water metering solutions, distribution energy consumption systems, and other visualized solutions services. The Basic Controls factory is outfitted with three main production lines with an annual production capacity of 450,000 units.

Throughout years of development and innovation, Basic Controls has been granted over 20 national patents, 19 software copyrights, and 2 works copyrights. We have also achieved ISO9000 and ISO10012 certifications among others.

Regarding production, Basic Controls utilizes excellent production, testing, and experimenting equipment. Particularly, we have introduced an outstanding SMT line that enables high precision in processing and assembling functions. The equipment reduces electromagnetic interference and radio-frequency interference, prevents waste, and ensures continuous processing. Therefore, the SMT line can shorten the delivery period and maximize the quality of our meters. Currently, the annual production of our core product, the heat meter, can reach 200,000 to 300,000 units.

Throughout the production process, Basic Control employs a strict quality management system that includes durability testing, measurement accuracy testing, temperature calibration, daily timing error testing, time period testing, and more. Basic Controls is headquartered in Guangzhou but we have many sales and service centers all over the world. Our products have been sold in the Middle East, Europe, North America, Asian-Pacific Region, and other countries and regions of the world. After 20 years of high-quality production, Basic Controls has earned a reputation for excellent energy metering equipment. We have provided full sets of metering devices for the University of Macau, Hong Kong Airport, the Curve Tower, Menara Shell, Nishi Apartment in Australia, Guangzhou TV Tower and many other prominent buildings
