In central air-conditioning systems, the hot and cold water will be distributed to each user through the pipe network to meet the indoor temperature requirements. The flow capacity of the cold water and hot water to each user are predefined. Our HVAC energy management solution is to adjust the measuring flow capacity of all hydraulic balance valves of the central air-conditioning system to the designed flow capacity. In this way, it will not only make the flow capacity control more stable and precise, but also improve the comfort level of the end user while saving money. It will reduce the total amount of valves used throughout the system to minimize installation costs. It also makes maintenance more convenient.
