Guangzhou Basic Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. was founded.

Basic Controls began to develop water billing systems, heat billing systems, and power billing systems. We also started offering OEM and ODM service.
Became the first enterprise in China with the ability to R&D and producing five kinds of metering products，such as gas meter，water meter, cold/heat meter and energy meter.

Basic Controls has developed central heat meters successfully. In the same year, the first metering and billing system for central air-conditioning started running in Shenzhen.

Basic Controls participated in writing national standard in measurement industry, Heat Meters JJG225-2001.

Basic Controls proposed M-BUS bus structure management pattern.

Basic Controls achieved ISO9001 certified and ISO14001 certified.

Foshan factory was completed and started operating. The area of Foshan factory reaches 1200 m². Meanwhile, Foshan Basic Self-control device Co.,Ltd. was founded. In the same year, Basic Controls has developed cooling distribution metering methods and devices for central air-conditioning successfully.

Timeshare collectors SSU-C08B was put into application.

Basic Controls was the first one who applied GPRS wireless meter reading technology into air-condition billing system.

Panyu factory was completed and started operating. The area of Panyu factory reaches 2700 m².

Basic Controls proposed air-condition energy management system.

Cooperated with Tsinghua University, Basic Controls introduced energy saving strategy and optimization algorithm into our metering systems.

Panyu Hualong factory was completed and started operating. The area of Panyu Hualong factory reaches 2700 m². The annual production of heat meter can reach 200,000-300,000.

Basic Controls passed durability test of heat meter from 2014 to 2016, and also passed national spot check from 2012 to 2016.

Our ultrasonic heat meter achieved MID certificate from EU. And Basic Controls received invention patent, Ultrasonic Flow Meter and Ultrasonic Flow Meter Metering Methods.
