Electromagnetic flow meter features compact structure, integrating the flow sensor and calculator. Its calculator is of vertical type, bringing convenience for users to read data even at a distance.

The measuring principle of this electromagnetic flow meter is on the basis of Faraday’s law of electromagnetic induction. It is suitable for measuring the volume flow of conductive fluids in a closed pipe, such as tap water, industrial water, seawater, waste water, different acid, alkaline and saltine solutions, etc. Thus, this flow meter has wider applications in industrial water drainage, environmental protection, water conservancy, iron and steel, petroleum, chemical engineering and other fields.

Features

Flexible parameter setting, the flow sensor is interchangeable.
High measuring precision: the measurement is not affected by the variation of fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure and conductivity.
There is no moving parts or choke parts, thus having no pressure loss and of long life span.
Basic Controls provides two kinds of lining materials for customers.
Electromagnetic flow meter has functions of self-inspecting and self-diagnosis.
Electromagnetic flow meter has a function of bidirectional flow measuring, capable of showing the forward and backward flows.
This flow meter is of outstanding electromagnetic immunity. This allows it to operate normally even under a condition of 100KA/m magnetic field strength.
